Balanduino board for 2W/4W robot
« on: August 15, 2014, 09:18:47 PM »
Is there a sample sketch for balanduino board to control a 2 or 4 wheels robot with the controllers it support?
Would like to use the board for other type of robot beside the balancing.

Thanks,

Jimmy

There is only two motor driver on the PCB, so you will only be able to have full control over 2 motors.

If you want to control your own motor you could simply reuse the "moveMotor" function: https://github.com/TKJElectronics/Balanduino/blob/a0a3e872acb763c2563a09e955d7c074e10f1610/Firmware/Balanduino/Motor.ino#L91-L134.

Also take a look at these lines where I set up PWM: https://github.com/TKJElectronics/Balanduino/blob/a0a3e872acb763c2563a09e955d7c074e10f1610/Firmware/Balanduino/Balanduino.ino#L174-L182.

@Lauszus
Thanks to your bluetooth and your ps3 lib's I was able to control this robot with my ps3 controller but it had a little problem going straight path and a little too sensitive.

Hi Lauszuz!

Just curious, is there any update to balanduino for autonomous mode with sonar sensors in the work?

Thanks,
