Tool for upload hex file

Is there a windows program to upload hex file on to Balanduino bot?

You will need to use Avrdude from the command line. You should check out the following tutorial: http://www.ladyada.net/learn/avr/avrdude.html.
Or if you are using Mac OS X or Linux, then you can use the Makefile: https://github.com/TKJElectronics/Balanduino/blob/master/Firmware/Balanduino/Makefile. Simply run:

make upload

Just finished mounted the components onto my own built structure similar to the original but made out of wood. Will post a picture once it is completed.

@Lauszus, what are the minimum voltage and Amp to run the Balanduino?

Okay. Good luck with the build ;)
The peak current from both motors will be about 5A.
